Wills


  • Straight forward Single Will/Codicil:  £220 + VAT = £264
  • Asset Protection Trust: £1800 + VAT = £2,160 + DISB (Disb £3 plus LR fee - depends on value of prop)
  • SEV of Joint Tenancy : £250 + VAT = £300 + DISBS


Lasting Power of Attorney

(Personal Welfare and/or Propery & Finance)


  • Double LPA:  £600 + VAT + DISB = £884
  • Double LPA (x2 Each for Couples) :  £1200 + VAT + DISB = £1768 (DISB = £82 per LPA)


Court Protection


  • Deputyship Order = £2,500 + VAT + DISB = £3608 (DISB £408 COP Fee + £200 Capacity Report)


Probate


  • Matter (full administration) = Work charged at hourly rate (£220+VAT) plus value element charged on assets of the estate 0.5% property and 1% on all other assets.


  • Grant of probate ONLY = £800 + VAT = £960 plus disbursements (DISB probate App £300 + £1.50 per Official copy of GOP)


Change of Name Deed


£150 + VAT = £180
