Emma

We’re delighted to welcome Emma to our conveyancing department as a paralegal!

Emma completed her Law Degree in 2019 before going on to earn her LPC and Master’s in 2020. Since graduating, she has gained valuable experience working at several law firms, handling a wide range of residential transactions.

Joining our well-established conveyancing team, Emma will be assisting with sales, purchases, and transfers of equity. We’re also excited to share that she will be further expanding her expertise through her training contract, gaining experience in family and probate matters before returning to conveyancing to qualify as a solicitor.

Emma is eager to progress her career with us and looks forward to building strong relationships with clients while delivering excellent service.

Danielle

We are very lucky to have had Danielle Wallace join us in November 2024 as an experienced Solicitor within our Conveyancing Department.  Having previously worked in Newcastle centre since she qualified in 2015, Danielle, who is from South Shields is happy to have returned to her home town. Danielle completed her Exempting Law Degree at Northumbria University and started her career as a Conveyancing Paralegal. Danielle qualified as a solicitor at a predominantly medical negligence firm in the centre of Newcastle and handled medical negligence claims as well as conveyancing matters.   

Danielle decided that she preferred non-litigious work and working more closely with clients bringing their property matters to a successful conclusion. She therefore chose to join our busy conveyancing team in 2024. She has experience in complex conveyancing matters. She is passionate about supporting her clients throughout the legal process progressing to completion as soon as possible.
